  • Form 1120 (C Corporations): April 15

  • Form 990 Series (Tax-Exempt Organizations): May 15

Extended Filing Due Dates for Tax Year:

  • Form 1120S (S Corporations): September 15

  • Form 1040 (Individuals): October 15

  • FinCEN Form 114 (FBAR): October 15

  • Form 990 Series (Tax-Exempt Organizations): November 15

Key Reminders:

  • These dates are subject to change. Always confirm with the IRS or a tax professional.

  • Extensions: Filing an extension gives you more time to file, but not to pay any taxes owed. Payments are still due by the original deadline.

  • Penalties: Late filing and late payment can result in penalties.

I hope this updated information is helpful!
